tippide.com is a social entertainment platform that provides access to games using virtual tokens that have no monetary value. This is not a gambling service. No real money is involved at any stage. Virtual tokens cannot be purchased with real money, transferred to real money, redeemed for prizes, or exchanged for anything of real-world value. All outcomes, whether wins or losses in virtual tokens, are for entertainment purposes only.

4. Virtual Tokens

Virtual tokens are provided solely for entertainment purposes within the tippide.com platform. They have no cash value, no real monetary value, and cannot be sold, traded, or transferred outside the platform. tippide.com reserves the right to modify, reset, or discontinue virtual tokens at any time without notice or compensation. The accumulation of virtual tokens does not create any property rights or legal entitlements.

5. Permitted Use

You may use tippide.com only for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You may not use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to artificially manipulate your token balance or game outcomes. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of our games beyond what is normal browser activity. All content on tippide.com including but not limited to games, graphics, logos, and text is the property of tippide.com or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

tippide.com is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, tippide.com and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed zero dollars, as the platform is provided at no charge to you.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
