What Happens After You Send
When you submit a message it goes directly to our shared team inbox. Ewan, Marilou, and Gord all have access to this inbox and we collectively decide who's best placed to respond to any given message. Bug reports go to Ewan immediately. Game suggestions go to Gord's review queue. Design feedback goes to Marilou. General questions get answered by whoever gets to them first.
We aim to respond within 48 hours on weekdays. Honestly, most messages get a response within a few hours because we're always in the inbox. If you haven't heard back after three business days please send a follow-up and mention it's a second message — sometimes things fall through the cracks especially during crunch periods when we're testing new games.
Community Standards
We welcome all kinds of feedback including critical feedback. We'd rather hear honest criticism than empty praise because the honest stuff actually makes tippide.com better. That said, we do ask that communications remain respectful and constructive. Abusive messages will be ignored and repeat offenders may be blocked from contacting us. We're a small team and we're all humans doing our best. Treat us like you'd want to be treated and we promise to give you the same in return.
